Since 1978, Priscilla has been a pioneer in consulting with families and organizations, incorporating biofeedback and neurofeedback into her practice. Expanding her consultancy scope to Family Enterprises in 2002, she has been instrumental in cultivating leadership and responsibility across multiple generations. Her approach revolves around understanding family systems and fostering accountability in individuals and families.
Coaching Style
In collaboration with Kathleen Wiseman, Priscilla introduced the groundbreaking “Navigating Systems” program in 2012. Tailored for experienced family enterprise professionals, advisors, and responsible family members, the program integrated Bowen theory and neurofeedback, challenging participants to manage themselves skillfully and creatively in important relationships.”
Impact
Priscilla’s dedication extends to preserving Dr. Bowen’s legacy, evident through her involvement with the Murray Bowen Archives since 1989. Initially invited by Dr. Bowen, she plays a pivotal role in safeguarding and making his collection accessible globally, offering an organizational perspective after 27 years on the Board.
Education and Certifications
Priscilla graduated from the University of Kansas School of Social Work where she earned an MSW and delved into the intricacies of Bowen Theory. This initial encounter prompted her to relocate to Washington, D.C., for further studies at the Georgetown Family Center under the tutelage of Dr. Murray Bowen in 1978.
