What is Team Coaching?

Team Coaching is an innovative and highly impactful process that quickly moves teams to higher levels of performance. Do not confuse this with conventional team building or individual coaching programs.

Team Coaching will give your team immediate and unique insight into current levels of functioning – between team members and leadership, across projects and groups, and with others in the larger organization.

This program is about real CHANGE. And it all happens in real-time – during virtual or in-person sessions over several months. This approach enables your team to try out new ways of working, interacting, and learning what works to improve your culture with lasting results.

Team Coaching Process

Team Coaching is delivered in-person or virtually, depending on the location of the client and the coach(es), and is always in compliance with current health guidelines.

Data-Gathering

Our coaches interview selected members to collect and analyze assessment data.

Duration

Typical engagements range from 7 – 12 sessions. Sessions are 1 ½ to 2 hours in length.

Goal-Setting

The team’s goals are identified and objectives are set to accomplish them.

Team Birkman Assessment Delivery

The Birkman Method assessment is given to the team to help them understand themselves and how they show up in the team dynamics.

Team Coaching Engagement

Both the team and the coach(es) launch fully into the assigned work, which involves customized team-based activities and deliverables.

Progress Assessment & Sustainability Plan

Coach(es) and client assess the progress made toward the goals and create a sustainability plan for continued success going forward.
